VaultCare Health membership includes three layers of benefits:

Layer 1 — AI health guidance (available immediately): 24/7 Q&A on sexual health topics including PrEP, PEP, HIV, and STIs — exposure risk assessment, testing timelines, Lenacapavir protection countdown, and injection reminders.

Layer 2 — End-to-end privacy (available immediately): All charges appear as "SkiffGhost Labs, Inc."; platform communications are end-to-end encrypted; service records are physically isolated from your home-country medical records; overseas clinic records are not transferred back.

Layer 3 — Cross-border care coordination (activated when drug access is available): Priority Len injection queue, partner clinic matching, travel support (visa guidance, lodging recommendations, on-site liaison), and post-injection remote follow-up.

VaultCare Health's refund policy:

Membership: Cancel auto-renewal anytime in your member portal. Benefits continue through the current billing period; no further charges after that. Completed billing periods are generally non-refundable.

Len Access Package: This is a one-time coordination fee, not a subscription. Buying and queuing require active membership, but your right to a refund does not. While you are waiting and have not accepted a slot, you can refund any time: under 6 months you get $80 back (a $19 coordination fee is retained), and at 6 months with no allocation VaultCare Health automatically grants one free membership month; you may choose a full refund by leaving the queue, or keep waiting with no automatic refund. Refunding releases your queue position immediately, and rejoining later is a new purchase from the back of the queue (no cooldown). Once you accept an allocated slot, clinic coordination begins and the package is non-refundable. If a pre-injection HIV test returns positive and the injection cannot proceed, the coordination fee is non-refundable, but Lenacapavir medication costs may be refunded.

Membership cancellation & Len queue: If membership lapses before you accept a slot, you are removed from the queue and refunded automatically on the same tier (no grace period). If it lapses after you have accepted, the trip is usually kept but the package fee is non-refundable; renewal benefits such as discounts and priority queuing no longer apply.

3. Clinic & injection fees: Quoted and collected by VaultCare Health once your injection date is confirmed. Typically includes consultation, pre-injection HIV testing, and Lenacapavir medication.
4. Flights & lodging: Arranged by you.

Precise clinic pricing requires a confirmed injection date because Lenacapavir costs fluctuate and partner clinic fees vary. The standard injection flow typically requires no additional payment at the clinic; any extra services negotiated on-site are separate from VaultCare Health.

Lenacapavir is an HIV-1 capsid inhibitor developed by Gilead Sciences — a novel mechanism distinct from existing antiretrovirals. Brand names: Yeztugo® (US) / Yeytuo® (EU). Approved by the FDA and EMA for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).

1. Become a member — Register and subscribe monthly or annually.

3. Wait for assignment — First-come, first-served; member services remain available while you wait.
4. Slot notification — VaultCare Health notifies you when a slot opens.
5. Trip coordination — Confirm dates and destination clinic (Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City) with support; VaultCare Health quotes and collects the trip service fee.
6. Pre-travel prep — Passport (6+ months validity), visa if required, travel insurance.
7. At the clinic — On-site HIV rapid test; if negative, subcutaneous injection.
8. Post-injection follow-up — Remote protection tracking; renewal reminder around month 5.

Note: HIV testing happens on-site at the clinic — no advance testing or upload required.

Before receiving Lenacapavir PrEP:

1. Confirmed HIV-negative — Required. Rapid test on-site at the partner clinic upon arrival; no advance testing or VaultCare Health submission needed. A positive result means injection will not proceed.
2. Weight ≥35 kg — For adults and adolescents meeting this threshold.
3. No recent high-risk exposure — Recent exposure may require waiting through the appropriate window and confirming negative before starting PrEP. Use AI guidance if unsure.
4. Travel documents — Passport valid 6+ months beyond travel date; visa per destination requirements.
5. Travel insurance recommended — For medical emergencies.

Active VaultCare Health membership is also required.

No. VaultCare Health's privacy design keeps your injection records from being transferred back home:

1. Clinic records stay local — Partner clinics keep records under destination-country law; they are not sent to your country of origin.
2. Isolated from home-country systems — Your VaultCare Health activity does not appear in your home country's medical insurance or government databases.
3. Billing privacy — Charges show as "SkiffGhost Labs, Inc." with no medical service names.
4. Encrypted communications — Platform messages are end-to-end encrypted.
