What you pay for: Membership is VaultCare Health platform access (monthly or annual). Len access is a one-time digital queue and platform coordination-intent service fee; active membership is required first, it applies per injection cycle (not medication), and is usually repurchased before each injection. Listed prices exclude clinic, medication, testing, injection, travel, and other third-party costs.
Refunds & cancellation: Cancel monthly membership before the next billing cycle, or annual membership before renewal; started billing periods are generally non-refundable unless checkout or support confirms otherwise. Len access is a one-time coordination fee, not a subscription: while you are waiting and have not accepted a slot, you can refund it at any time — whether or not your membership is active. A coordination fee ($19) is retained and the rest returns to your original payment method in 5–10 business days; refunding releases your queue position immediately, and rejoining later is a new purchase from the back of the queue. If 6 months pass with no allocation, VaultCare Health automatically grants one free month of membership; you may then choose a full Len access refund and leave the queue, or keep waiting with no automatic refund. If membership ends before you accept a slot, you leave the queue with an automatic refund on the same tier. Once you accept an allocated slot, clinic coordination begins and the Len fee is non-refundable; other cases are handled by support based on actual progress.
