The Services are operated by SkiffGhost Labs, Inc. (a Delaware C Corporation operating the VaultCare Health brand). For privacy-related inquiries, Users may contact VaultCare Health at support@vaultcare.health.
2. Information We Collect
- Email address, account and sign-in status, and language preference.
- Payment and subscription status provided by Stripe (VaultCare Health does not receive or store full card numbers).
- Messages and content voluntarily submitted through VaultCare Health information tools (e.g., AI consult), together with related session metadata necessary to operate the Services.
- Technical logs and security event records necessary for service operation and security.
- Necessary cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- Medical history, test results, medication records, diagnoses, or treatment plans.
- Passport copies, government identification numbers, or domestic health-insurance records.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking data.
4. Voluntary Submissions in Information Tools
VaultCare Health does not require Users to submit medical records, test results, or medication history to register for an account or process a payment.
If a User elects to use an information tool, the User may voluntarily enter questions or contextual information. Users are advised not to submit passport numbers, government identification numbers, or other information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the tool to function.
VaultCare Health uses voluntarily submitted content solely to (a) operate the requested tool, (b) maintain session history within the User's account, and (c) support service security.
5. Use of Information
- Account creation and maintenance.
- Processing memberships and digital purchases through Stripe.
- Operating information tools and providing member support.
- Maintaining service security and reliability.
- Sending transactional communications (verification, account notices, and policy updates).
7. Retention and Account Deletion
VaultCare Health retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, process payments, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, and maintain appropriate backups.
Users may request account deletion by contacting support@vaultcare.health. Verified requests will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, or backup purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or the age of legal majority in the applicable jurisdiction. VaultCare Health does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If VaultCare Health becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, VaultCare Health will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.
